The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for a Business Development Manager, to identify and secure new business opportunities within the Facilities Management industry. You will leverage our expertise and impressive customer base to drive growth and success.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

  • Identify and target potential clients in the cleaning and facilities management sector.
  • Build a strong pipeline through Salesforce 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Craft and present compelling proposals to win new business.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth onboarding and exceptional service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

The ideal candidate

  • Proven experience in business development within the cleaning and facilities management industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • A passion for building client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Self-driven individual with a passion for business development and a background in cleaning and facilities management.

Location is flexible as this is a National Role 


Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. 

This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
