 The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious client, Liverpool FC. If this sounds like you, and you’re willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support you’ll need to help you to succeed

Location: Anfield Stadium,L4 0TH

Pay: £12.90 per hour for matchdays (£12.60 per hour for any other shifts covered) 

Hours: Working on a casual basis on match/event days you have the ability to be flexible around your current commitments.

Please be aware that this is not a full time role, colleagues have the flexibility to choose and book their own shifts for home games or Ad-hoc events at the stadium - however - we are seeking candidates who can commit to working a minimum of 75% of fixtures at this venue- this will include the opportunity to work a minimum of 19 home games per season- with additional shifts available across LFC retail stores and Anfield Stadium.

Football and events take place evenings and weekends only.

Your core role will be to ensure the safety and security of everyone in Anfield this could include, but not limited to;

  • Provide general guidance to the public
  • Supporting the stadium to adhere to its licensing conditions and safety certificate
  • Directing spectators and monitoring crowds
  • Responding to security or crowd management issues

 Is this you

  • SIA Door Supervision licence- Required
  • 5 years checkable work and address history
  • Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
  • Friendly, approachable, and always professional 
  • Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
  • Ideally some experience an events environment or a customer care role
  • Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
  • Willing to work at other Carlisle Events venues across the region (desirable)

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
