You are:
A dynamic and an ambitious Paralegal / Legal Executive. You will support our Head of Legal in a busy legal department. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support to the business and tis group companies.

What you’ll do:
This will be a multidisciplinary role and will involve contract management (drafting and reviewing) and day to day administrative work. This is a great opportunity to work In-House in a varied and interesting role.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing the Contract management system and databases
Draft, review and negotiate legal documents
Update our standard contract documents
Provide administrative support to the Head of Legal
Administer our contract governance and internal record keeping
Stay updated on changes in laws and regulation / Conduct legal research
Assist with Project work and other duties as assigned.
What you’ll need:
A interest in working In-House in Commercial Contracts
Displays a good working knowledge and understanding of relevant legal principals
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, with or without direct supervision
Effective prioritisation and management of a busy work-stream
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
2:1 Bachelor's Degree (preferably in law)
Prior experience working as a Paralegal, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary within a commercial law firm or In-House
prior experience in a legal executive or paralegal role
Experience using SharePoint and other Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word) and other applications (Adobe Writer, Adobe-Sign)
