The Role

As a Periodic Operative you will be joining a strong team of well trained, experienced, and passionate staff who strive to uphold company values and deliver exceptional services to our customers. Use the training provided to follow HSQE and rail critical safety. Following WPP’s and designated program to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest of standards and within the timeframes set. Using the systems provided to record work complete and report on faults across the allocated working area in a constructive and professional manner. 

Varied shifts ranging from 8 to 12 working hours inclusive of days, nights, weekend days and weekend nights dependent on business needs and requirements. You will be responsible for and can be sent to all TOC geographical locations

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

  • High Level Cleaning
  • Washroom Deep Clean 
  • Clean Sweeps / Lift and Shifts
  • Possession/Isolations
  • Light Maintenance
  • Gum and Waste Removal
  • Station Deep Cleans

The ideal candidate

Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 points and comfortable driving a large van.
Due to company insurance policy you need to be over 25 years old.
Completed school age education or training 
Willing to learn and develop
Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional 
Keen and motivated to do a great job
Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team
Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
Willing to work in all weather conditions 
 

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, , birth certificate or a valid share code.
