The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our Cleaning team, working with our prestigious clients. If this sounds like you, and you’re willing to learn new skills to develop your career, we promise to provide full training and all the support you’ll need to help you to succeed.
Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:
Pressure Washing
Glazing Cleaning
Floor Scrubbing, Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning
Washroom Deep Cleans
Graffiti and Gum Removal
Steam and High Level Cleaning
Waste Removal
Station Deep Cleans
Bike Shelter Maintenance
Light Maintenance
Areas Covered at Stations: Platforms, Bridges, Stairs, Subways, Station Entrances, Approach Roads, Cycle Sheds and Car Parks, Lifts, Ticket Offices, Waiting Rooms and Shelters, WC Washrooms, Kitchens, Drivers Mess Rooms, and Offices. *These are subject to the leased land and station assets.
Is this you
Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 points and comfortable driving a large van.
Due to company insurance policy you need to be over 25 years old.
Willing to learn and develop
Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional
Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
Preferably some experience working within a cleaning environment and as part of a team
Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
Willing to work in all weather conditions
Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
