Security Supervisor
Carlisle Support services are seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to work as the prestige New Cros Hospital

All applicants must be able to complete and adhere to the following which are not solely limited to the below:
- Managing a team of 5 or more security officers
- Completing documents and paperwork via share point
- Covering the managers position when needed
- Acting as the first point of call for on site concerns escalating when needed
- Incident management
- Monthly 1-1's
- Escorting patients
- Dealing with aggressive patients
- Locating and searching for missing patients
- Responding to fire/intruder/panic alarms
- Security escorts
- Traffic flow management
- Car park checks
- Car park equipment maintenance
- Handling money
The job will involve spending long periods of time walking around a busy site and dealing with a busy control room environment, ensuring the safety of staff and public, while remaining vigilant to any possible threats and or dangers which may occur and adhering to the site polices and procedures.
Applicants must be calm in nature and dynamic thinkers, and be able to defuse situation, in a positive way, understand the complexity of the people and quickly react when need.

In addition, applicants must have the below:
Door supervisor licence
CCTV Licence
Driving license
Good communication skills
Basic I.T knowledge
Previous security supervisor experience or be able to demonstrate clear knowledge and understanding from previous experience in the healthcare sector is desirable
