Carlisle Support Services has an exciting opportunity for a reliable and professional Security Supervisor to work for our client at their world-class venue. We demand the highest calibre personnel who will provide a 5 star service to customers, staff and visitors to the venue.

We are looking for a professional Security Supervisor to protect our client's premises, assets and personnel on event days. You will maintain a high visibility presence and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.
4 on 4 off 12 hour shifts. 07.00am-19.00pm, 19.00pm- 07.00am
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Lead and supervise the security team daily.
Daily verbal and written interactions with clients/customers
Ensure the tasking and adherence of assignment instructions or temporary schedules.
Ensure all security personnel are correctly presented and courteous at all times.
Ensuring that all relevant training is completed.
Ensuring all incident reports and site documentation is completed correctly and in a timely manner. Ensure that all patrol activity is carried out in accordance with the site instructions.
Ensuring the welfare of all team members.
Completion of all reports
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety procedures.
Investigating and reporting misconduct or malpractice issues.
Stay alert to any threats or changes within the work environment to take the appropriate action in order to reduce the chance of disruption, loss or damage.
Maintain a helpful, pro-active, and courteous approach to managing team members, customers, staff and the general public in order to uphold a highly professional image.
Monitor and respond to a suite of electronic protective systems including CCTV, burglar alarms and perimeter protection.
Conduct patrols, and inspections of officers at their posts. Inspect pre deployment inspections.
Mentor, and lead by example throughout your duty.
Attributes:
Valid SIA DS, SG , CPO or CCTV Licence.
2 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
Understanding of the UK Security industry.
High level of fitness.
Excellent reliability and time management skills.
Be able to work on a monitored radio network with excellent voice and radio procedures
Willing to learn and develop.
Flexible attitude to working hours (evenings and weekends).
Reliable and punctual.
Smart appearance.
Possess effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a positive manner.
An effective understanding of IT systems (Microsoft Office Suite).
Pro-active attitude.
Friendly, approachable and professional.
Access to own vehicle preferred due to location and hours.
