The role

As a Supervisor, you will be joining a strong team of well trained, experienced, and passionate staff who strive to uphold company values and deliver exceptional services to our customers. Use the training provided to follow HSQE and rail critical safety.  

You will report into the local Contract Manager and work alongside to provide a comprehensive cleaning service set out within KPI’s and SLA’s.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

Cover cleaner when necessary including weekends,
Complete monthly targets,
Change poster boards,
Training new staff,
Delivering stock,
Supervise cleaning standards, and address issues with the cleaners,
Make sure everyone is at works by contacting the cleaner and replying emails to control,
Collect and deliver uniform to cleaners and make sure they are using the right uniform if Not report it to the manager,
Pass fault and make sure it's completed in time,
Organize cover,
Complete documents on folders, tool box talk, etc

  

The ideal candidate

Full UK driving license held for a minimum of 2 years with no more than 6 points and comfortable driving a large van.
Due to company insurance policy you need to be over 25 years old.

Experience in cleaning as supervisor.
Willing to learn and develop
Reliable and flexible, smart in appearance and always professional 
Keen and motivated to do a great job
Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
Willing to work in all weather conditions  

Successful candidates will need to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. 

This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
