What you’ll do:

Responsibilities as a Support Manager:  Station Audits, Client Requests, Daily Checks, Maintenance of Equipment, SLA’s and KPI’s, Working In Partnership With Client, Working In Conjunction With All Team Members, Solution Finding For Any Cleaning Challenge, Dealing With Station Complaints, Deputising For Contract Manager and Facilities Customer Experience Managers.

Whilst deputising for FCEM’s you will be responsible for their additional duties. Employee Payroll Compliance, Intermediate Level HR, Staff Training compliance, Recruitment, Liaising with Suppliers.

Ensuring all time shifts are rostered accordingly and in line with contracted and agreed hours given to you by the contract manager.

Manage staff performance using company policies and procedures.

Hold performance reviews with staff who report to you.

Ensure LTS are monitored, supported, and closed out accordingly.

Carry out disciplinary hearings and note taking depending on business needs.

Be a contact point for all front-line operatives as required.

Ensure all staff have the relevant training as per there role within the contract.

All new starters are inducted, and all mandatory training is completed within the timeframe set.

Produce and maintain an audit schedule for all stations.

Carry out audit training with all team members.

Ensure compliance with daily checks.

Report back any challenges to the Contract Manager on the day of checks due if unable to complete.

Any vehicle damage logged by operatives  to be reported and relevant repairs to take place in line with company policy and procedure.

Be the main lead and owner of contract machines, reporting faults to contract manager when repairs are required in line with budgets set.

Attend any client meetings requested.

Build and maintain relationships with employees and client.

Visits stations on business need requirements to monitor and maintain service delivery.

Be the lead contact in the absence of the Contract Manager.

Attend client meetings and complete any report work required in the absence of the Contract Manager.
