The role

Carlisle Support Services is looking for a Deputy Scheduler, will review dynamic scheduling processes to meet staffing needs, coordinate with clients, monitor shift schedules, and ensure compliance with directives and company policies.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

•           Implement efficient scheduling processes.

•           Attend weekly client meetings to forecast staffing needs.

•           monitor shift schedules, ensuring compliance with regulations.

•           Input schedules into Timegate and distribute final versions.

•           Conduct system reviews and audits for quality improvement.

•           Resolve pay queries.

•           Ensure compliance with Health and Safety legislation.

•           Attend training and development programs.

•           Management of Fleet

The ideal candidate

•           Excellent communication and attention to detail.

•           Self-motivated and able to work independently.

•           Strong relationship-building and organisational skills.

•           Competent IT user and team player.

•           Integrity, initiative, and professionalism.

•           Service industry experience.

•           Eligibility to work in the UK and appropriate Security clearance.

 

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. 

This could include the following: passport / driving licence / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
