•           Service Quality and Compliance: Ensure that all cleaning and hard services meet regulatory and industry standards, including health and safety compliance.

•           Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability of the service delivery operations.

•           Pricing Ownership: Own and manage the end-to-end pricing of all workstreams, ensuring accurate cost estimation, competitive pricing, and profitability across all contracts.

•           Strategic Input: Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the business’s overall growth plans.

•           Performance Monitoring: Implement performance metrics and KPIs to track and improve operational efficiency, service quality, and client satisfaction.

•           Innovation & Improvement: Continuously seek ways to enhance service delivery, introducing new processes, technologies, and best practices to improve efficiency and client outcomes.

The ideal candidate

•           Must be a technical leader in their field, with a strong background in managing technical services and operational complexities.

•           Experience in owning end-to-end pricing for all workstreams, ensuring profitability and competitive edge in the market.

•           Demonstrable experience in mobilisation of contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational setup for new clients and projects.

•           Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.

•           Excellent financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and delivering operational efficiencies.

•           Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

•           Ability to work strategically and operationally, managing day-to-day operations while contributing to long-term business planning.

•           Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

•           A technical background in hard services (such as electrical, mechanical, or HVAC systems) would be an advantage.

Qualifications

•           A relevant degree or equivalent professional qualifications in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
