The role
Carlisle Support Services is looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team, working with our prestigious client at their world-class venue. - To be an integral part of the Reception & Access Control Team, working closely with site-based stakeholders
- Employees, Visitors and Customers are welcomed and greeted with fairness.
- Ensure all visitors are booked in on the Visitor Booking System and met by and managed until departure by their Host o Ensure all Employees, Visitors and Customers are familiar with the Site rules and safety behaviours
- Ensure a deep knowledge of the sites in order to help Customers understand the broad operation of JLR across our UK Sites.
- Answering calls from internal and external Customers through the Switchboard
- The ability to react in an agile manner to business requirements
- Issuing Visitor badges o Checking ID
- Processing vehicle passes and adding to database
- Internal – External Postal – Delivery Support
Is this you
- Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance
- Friendly, approachable, and always professional
- Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job
- Ideally some experience an events environment or a customer care role
- Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
- Level 2 certificate in Spectator Safety, or willingness to obtain the qualification (desirable)
- Willing to work at other Carlisle Events venues across the region (desirable)
Successful candidates will need to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
