What You'll Do
- Great and assist passengers with a warm, welcoming attitude.
- Deliver clear, polite, and professional communication — even under pressure.
- Provide support and guidance on check-ins, boarding, and safety procedures.
- Be a visible, helpful presence during busy travel times.
- Respond to questions or concerns with patience and efficiency.
- Handle situations calmly, quickly, and with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
We want people who:
Have exceptional face-to-face customer service experience.
Are friendly, professional, and approachable.
- Bring confidence, friendliness, and professionalism to every customer interaction.
- Can stay calm and helpful in busy or high-pressure situations.
- Work well in a team and take initiative when needed.
- Are flexible with working hours — including early mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Traffic management/marshalling or HGV handling experience is helpful but not required.

The Essentials
- 18+ years old.
- A 5-year checkable employment/education history.
- Proof of right to work in the UK documentation.
- Pass a UK DBS check and overseas check (if applicable).
- Pass a safety-critical medical.
- Successful candidates will need to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes.
- This could include the following: passport / driving license / utility bill dated in the last 3 months / HMRC letter / original bank statement / original payslip / birth certificate / a valid share code.
